Shielded from Harm

“God is a shield for everyone who takes refuge in him.”  (Psalm 18:30)

Father,

   I praise you for shielding me from those who would hurt me.

         And you continue to protect me in the midst of this treacherous world.

   Protect me from those more powerful than me,

       Help me rest in peace knowing none are more powerful than you.
