“Those who trust in the Lord will be renewed in their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40: 31)
In our own power we may grow weary, yet, God’s power refreshes with supernatural strength.
“The one who trusts in the Lord will be like a tree growing beside a stream. Its roots reach the water. I doesn’t fear hot days, it’s always green. Even in drought it still bears fruit.” (Jeremiah 17: 8)
We may go through droughts in life but by God’s power in us we still to bear much fruit.
“This is what God has shown you: He has given you eternal life and this life has its source in his Son.” (1 John 5: 11)
We’re promised eternal life not because of our goodness but because we trust in his son’s.
“This is the gift Christ himself promised to give us — eternal life.” (1 John 2: 25)
We each will face the end of our days yet, we have confidence it is only really the beginning.
“You will cry out to me and pray to me and I will listen to you and answer.” (Jeremiah 29: 12)
In your deepest despair God listens and in your everyday needs God answers.
“‘I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the the Lord. ‘Plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and the future you hope for.'” (Jeremiah 29: 11)
God’s plan for you is not judgement but blessings beyond what you even hope for.
“That you may have the insight, with all of God’s children, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is God’s love for you.” (Ephesians 3: 18)
When human love falls short we have the opportunity to experience the unlimited love of God.
