Finding Peace When Feeling Threatened

“Lord, you keep us safe and protect us forever.” (Psalm 12: 7)

You may feel threatened until you remember who protects you.

Father,

   Sometimes I feel afraid, threatened by people and circumstances,

      Then I remember that if you are with me no one can stand against me.

   Calm me with your promise and presence,

      Surround me with your love and protection,

      Help me to live fully in your confidence and peace.
