“Jesus said, ‘God blesses those who accept and believe in me.'”  (Matthew 11: 6)

Believing that Jesus is who he said he was unleashes the blessings he said he would give.

“Jesus said, ‘Go back and tell John the miracles you are seeing: the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised and the poor hear and are saved by the good news.” (Matthew 11: 4-5)

Your challenges may be great but God’s power is even greater.

“If you give even a cup of cool water to one of the lowliest of my followers you will gain your reward.”  (Matthew 10: 42)

The smallest act of love is multiplied into the greatest act of reward.

“Jesus turned around and said to her, “My child be encouraged!  Your faith has healed you.'”  (Matthew 9: 22)

As you have faith so you will receive.

“Jesus replied, ‘Why are you afraid?  Just have faith.'”  (Matthew 8: 26)

Through faith you will overcome fear.

“Go, what you have believed will be done for you.” (Matthew 8: 13)

What you believe is what you receive.

Father,

   Thank you for giving me what have I believed in you for,

      And for giving me blessings even beyond what I can imagine.

   Too often I’ve doubted, help me overcome my unbelief,

      And help me to believe so I can see.

“If you, who are imperfect, love and give good gifts to your children how much more will your perfect heavenly Father love and give good gifts to those who ask him?”  (Matthew 7: 11)

Father,

   Thank you that when I ask you always give,

      And your gifts are always perfect and good.

   Give me your gifts that are perfect for me,

      And fill me with confidence so I may see.
