Father,

Thank you for the gift of your son and the eternal life you give me through him,

And though, one day I will face earthly death, I know that it’s not the end only the beginning.

“Whoever believes what I’m saying and trusts in God who sent me has eternal life.  They will never be condemned but they have already left death behind and begun living eternal life.” (John 5: 24)
