When others tell you you’re not enough remember that God has chosen you to have a blessed life.
“You prepare a feast for me even while surrounded by my enemies.” (Psalm 23: 5)
There will be those who want to hurt you but they are nothing compared to the Lord who loves you.
“The Lord is my shepherd, he provides for all of my needs.” (Psalm 23: 1)
You have needs and a divine shepherd who takes care of them all.
“I was young and now I’m old, yet I’ve never seen those who trust in God forsaken or their children begging for bread.” (Psalm 37: 25)
As you trust in God for all you need he not only blesses you with all he promises but your children as well.
“The Lord guides clearly the one who delights in him.” (Psalm 37: 23)
When you delight in following the Lord he delights in guiding you into blessings.
“Those who rest in God’s power will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity.” (Psalm 37: 11)
God’s power is so much greater than yours and brings with it peace and prosperity.
“Do not discard your confident faith because in time it will be richly rewarded.” (Hebrews 10: 35)
God’s promises may take time but they’re always fulfilled when you hang on in faith.
“May the God of hope fill you completely with joy and peace as you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident faith through the power of the Holy Spirit within you.” (Romans 15: 13)
You may have only a tiny mustard seed of hope but that is more than enough for God to fill you with powerful faith.
“Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; the will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not grow faint.” (Isaiah 40: 31)
Life can cause you to grow weary but trusting in the Lord will cause you to soar on wings like eagles.
“May our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who love us and through grace give us encouragement and hope in eternal life, encourage and strengthen you in all that you say and do.” (2 Thessalonians 2: 16-17)
God gives us not only hope for the future but power for the present.
