“Jesus said, ‘If you strive to give yourself life you will lose it, but if you give your life to me you will gain it.'”  (Matthew 10: 39)

When you stop struggling and instead start trusting you will find the life you are searching for.

“Don’t be afraid, for everything that is hidden will be revealed and everything that is secret will be made known.” (Matthew 10: 26)

God’s secrets will become your enlightenment.

“Jesus said, ‘I am the Son of Man and I have authority on earth to forgive your sins.'”  (Matthew 9: 6)

You may fail greatly but God’s forgiveness is even greater.

“Those who are living like they are part of God’s kingdom have entered God’s kingdom.” (Matthew 7: 21)

Father,

   Thank you that you have invited me to live in your kingdom,

      And for changing my heart and actions to reflect that.

   Help me to live in a way that glorifies you and reflects your love,

      So others will want to be part of your kingdom as well.

“Enter through the small gate.  For the gate is large and the road wide that leads to destruction and many follow it.  But the gate is small and the road narrow that leads to real life and only a few walk it.”  (Matthew 7: 13-14)

Father,

   Thank you that you give me real life,

      A life of abundance today which continues for eternity.

   Give me your life now and forever,

      Fill me with your faith to walk the road in strength.
